Taxes

Applicable taxes and the total payable are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. Tax amounts can vary with your location and applicable rules, including on renewals.

Subscription prices and access

RAHNEXA Premium costs $9.99 USD per month or $59.99 USD per year. The amount and billing interval are shown before payment. Each plan renews at its stated interval until canceled. Premium provides translation support for eligible study questions; English study and your saved progress remain available without a paid subscription. RAHNEXA is a beta study aid and does not guarantee an exam result.

Access begins after payment is verified. A failed payment does not extend access. Any optional three-day app trial is separate and does not automatically become a paid subscription.

No refunds for unused time

This policy applies to monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions, including renewals. RAHNEXA does not offer voluntary refunds or prorated credits for unused subscription time, partial billing periods, or cancellation. Refunds required by applicable law or the payment provider’s applicable terms remain available.

Purchases sold through Link

If your checkout identifies the purchase as sold through Link, Stripe Managed Payments handles the transaction and its payment and refund terms apply. Stripe may issue a refund in circumstances covered by those terms. You can also manage these purchases and request transaction support through Link. A refund may end Premium access. Checkout may offer a converted price in your local currency; review the currency and total before paying.

Cancel future renewals

Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal through Manage billing in your Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; your confirmation shows the effective date.

You retain access through that paid period. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not itself refund a previous payment.

If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact support@rahnexa.com so we can investigate. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
